- Approved the December 5, 2006 Meeting Minutes
- Approved the November General Operation Bills
- Mayor approved repairs to sidewalk at the Historic Feldman Building would be done weather permitting by January 5th at an approximate cost including labor and material of $500.
- Board approved the Airport Board to seek an airport engineer that specializes in airport projects, at no cost to the city and report back to city council.
- Approved Neighborhood Facilities Building to update estimates on repairs to drop ceiling, lights, duct work, painting, and doors.
- Discussed two appointments to NACOLG
- Comments: Nicole Cook - Lights in the lower ball field
- Approved securing estimates to repair of the lights to the lower ball field at the Neighborhood Facilities Building
- Prayers and condolences to Randy Williams and Jon McGough's family
